Maharishi Ayur-veda cooking workshop: Discover how easy and enjoyable cooking for good health can be. We will cover all the basic items in a balanced Ayurvedic main meal and then eat this delicious meal afterwards. There will also be some education on Ayurvedic eating principles in general .There will be an outstanding video demonstration on cooking principles by Dr Susie Swan who ran a wonderful Ayurvedic restaurant for years.
