Explore your Pregnancy & Birth through a gentle mix of Creative mediums including, art, clay work, music, ritual, visualization, meditation & breath.

Participating in A Mama Gaia Birth Art Circle will help you: -

Get in touch with your creativity whilst in the midst of your greatest creation
Explore your internal landscape through the arts, bringing into conscious awareness, underlying hopes, fears , anxieties, dreams & belief systems
related to child birth and motherhood
Connect your Body Mind and Spirit
Create time and space to bond with your unborn child
Build friendships and connect with other pregnant woman.
