Join us as we celebrate our birthday by doing 108 Sun Salutes for charity!
Even if you feel you might not make it through all 108 please sign up and do as many as you can i.e. Your New Personal Best!
If you are participating in the 108 Sun Salutes for Charity please arrive at 10:30.
If you are not doing the Sun Salutes we would still love you to come and celebrate with us at 11:30.
The funds raised are going to the Township Yoga Project and the Miriam Makeba House.
