WHO CAN DO YOGA: Any age group or fitness level; chat to Susan before your 1st
Class if you have or have had an injury.
WHAT is HATHA YOGA: ” Moving Meditation” that focuses on obtaining mind centered
awareness through connection to the breath, using a series of
“Asanas” or postures. With regular practice you learn to train
the mind and body to reach a greater state of relaxation.

Pranayama- Breath techniques- to open and clear the energy centres.
