AFFORDABLE WEEKEND YOGA RETREATS (January to November 2010)
The Yoga Coach is offering you a regular monthly weekend Yoga Retreat at his Fisherhaven Yoga Studio,
near Hermanus. The retreats are held on the last weekend of every month, starting on January 29th 2010
January 29 - 31; February 26 - 28; March 26 - 28; April 30 - May 2; May 28 - May 30; June 25 - June 27;
July 30 - 1 August; August 27 - 29; September 24 - 26; October 29 - 31; November 26 - 28 Come and enjoy a weekend of yoga, relaxation-breathing and healthy vegetarian food in the beautiful surroundings of the Bot River Lagoon, just an hour’s drive from Cape Town.
Groups may range from one to twelve people.
COST : R980.00 per person per Weekend.
Additional activities include kayaking, sailing, hiking, cycling and bird-watching.
