21 March: Introduction to Ashtanga teaching method: First one , then 3rd sunday of every month.
Ekam Yoga opens on 8 March, offering 1/2 price Ashtanga Vinyasa classes for the duration of the month! Ekam Yoga’s primary focus is on the traditional practice and teaching of the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of yoga, as taught by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.
The schedule of Ashtanga Vinyasa led and self-practice classes reflects this teaching method.There are three led classes per week: Mondays at 6am and 6pm, and Saturdays at 7am. Self-practice times are Tuesday through Friday 6-8:45am and Tuesday through Thursday 6-8pm. Ashtanga Vinyasa practitioners familiar with the sequence who already have their own self-practice will find Ekam Yoga to be the perfect space to focus and advance their current practice. Beginners will enjoy a nurturing environment that ensures the development of their new found practice in a knowledgeable and safe space. 1982, I am thankful to my father he use to take me with him to yoga. I am benefited a lot and trained to few some of them are teachers now
