Yoga Shala:102 - 8th Avenue, Parkmore. 10.30 to 17.00 Sat and Sunday. Cost: R1200.00.

Workshop will include preparation, pregnancy and some post partum awareness. Certificate of attendance supplied. Wear loose, comfortable clothing ( as when pregnant) and please bring snack/ light  lunch for yourself.

Refreshments/tea will  be supplied.
