Style: Hatha and Kundalini yoga

To have been initiated as a Yogini has been a great honour to me especially to spread the word of Yoga. It is not only the asanas but the teachings of what it is to be a Yogi that is of utmost importance to me. I’m Amanda and started doing yoga in 2004, as well as numerous esoteric studies and workshops. Over the years I have plunged into the world of Fairies, Angels. Spirit guides, Tarot, Tibetan Healing, Flower essence and Crystals. I was Attuned a Reiki Master in 2004, and have been certified in Hot Stone Massaging as well as Swedish Massaging. I was initiated a Hatha Yoga Teacher on the 2nd April 2010 and since opened my studio at 13 Diamond Street Silverfields Park in Krugersdorp. I am presently studying the Kundalini Teachers Course under the wonderful guidance of Pritam Khalsa and Har Bhajan. I practice both types of yoga each in its own right at my studio.
