Style:Hatha and Sri Ma Transformational yoga
On the 19th June 2010, Stefanie van Tonder was initiated as Yoga Teacher at the popular “Boomhuisie” Restaurant on the West Rand.
The initiation was done by Indian Priests who really made this occasion special and sanctified.They then presented her with her sacred name “Ananta” which means “never ending”.
Karl van der Walt (International Yoga Teacher) with whom Stefanie did her training was also present to hand over her Certificate of Completion and Yoga Teachers Fellowship of Southern Africa.
Stefanie has also complete the following courses :
Louise Hay Teacher’s Training, Reiki I, II, Transcedental Meditation, Quantum Physics, Pranic Healing : (Basic, Advanced, Psychotherapy, Crystal Healing), Metabolic Food Seminar, Kriya Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Sri Ma Yoga, is currently studying Holistic Life Coaching (BA degree) through University of Sedona.
Teaching venue:Private and Nepali Yoga Centre, Ontekkerspark, Roodepoort and Hartebeespoort. Stefanie will hold monthly retreats and also facilitate retreats for groups at her Hartebeespoot lodge.
