‘The Middle Way Approach is a mutually beneficial policy based on the principles of justice, compassion, non-violence and friendship. It is in the spirit of reconciliation between the Chinese and Tibetan people and for the wellbeing of entire humanity. It does not envisage victory for oneself and defeat for others.
The documentary introduces the Middle Way Approach, its nature and evolution drawing on a wealth of resources, including speeches by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and interviews with the former Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche, Special Envoy Lodi Gayri and Mrs Kesang Y Takla, former Kalon of the DIIR of the Central Tibetan Administration.
